WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We only take orders by credit card OR PayPal. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards. 

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Cartbibi can only ship to select countries. International shipping costs are determined at the checkout screen before you submit your order, and are based on weight and shipping costs for individual countries. 

ARE THERE ANY EXCHANGE RATES?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date of your card issuer processes the transaction.HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?

HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure Web Page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to your credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We take up to 3 business days to process orders. Domestic orders will be shipped out via your selected shipping method. Delivery on an order using USPS Priority 3-Day. International orders are shipped out via your selected shipping method and usually take about 2-3 weeks for delivery.

HOW DO I TRACE MY ORDER?

We will email your tracking number information as soon as possible your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we shipped your order.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We only accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from date of receiving your order. Please not that returns and exchanges CANNOT be washed, worn, or damaged in any way.

If you received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at cartbibionline@gmail.com, describe the damaged products and include a photo (if possible) so that we can immediately replace your item(s). 

If you would like to return or exchange something that you purchased online, please ship the merchandise back to the following address:

with a note indicating whether you would like a different size, design, color, or a refund.  As soon as we receive the merchandise, we will process the exchange/refund and contact you with any questions or issues that we have. 

On returned items you will only be credited the amount of the merchandise, you will not be credited for shipping costs.

WILL SHIPPING BE COVERED FOR MY RETURNS?

All return shipping fee and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW LONG IS THE RETURN PROCESS?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

All the refund will be credited to your original form of payment. if you paid by debit or credit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. 

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/ credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
